No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to schedule their cleaning services while they are away at work or running errands. We just require that you provide us with a key to access your home.

How many cleaners will be sent?

The number of cleaners sent to your space will depend on the size and scope of the cleaning job. For smaller jobs, such as a one-bedroom apartment or small offices, we typically send one cleaner. For larger homes and offices, or more complex cleaning tasks, we may send a team of two or more cleaners.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible rescheduling and cancellation options. If you need to make changes to your appointment, simply login to change, give us a call or send us an email and we will work with you to find a new date and time that works best for you.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to make it right.

Can I have the same cleaner each time?

Yes, we try to send the same cleaner to your home or office each time, as we believe that consistency is important in creating a relationship of trust with our clients. However, there may be times when we need to send a different cleaner due to scheduling conflicts or other factors.
